Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Harris objected. Representative Croft rose to a point of order stating that it was improper to refer to actions by the other body. The Speaker cautioned the member. Representative Heinze moved and asked unanimous consent that she be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Heinze was required to vote. 2004-03-31 House Journal Page 3146 The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 241(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. Objection was heard. CSSB 241(FIN) will advance to third reading on tomorrow's calendar.
